Scott,Eh, lots of low spots. It wasn't a great race, actually. As you know the last couple miles are straight down so it's pretty easy to finish feeling strong, but I really only felt like things were clicking well from Randall back to Pantoll (~mile 35 to mile 50). Everything else was pretty average to below average. Just not a real &qtoq;on&tuou; day.T

i find the music video a tad bit odd, and i find it distracting 2 the so8b2#n&30;gut thats just my oppinion, but dont get me wrong! i love the song! i have it on my ipod
